- Government ID of all guests (Aadhaar, Passport, Voter ID, Driving License) will be scanned or photographed.
- Government ID in hard copy or digital format is valid. A photocopy of ID is not valid.
- Check-in is allowed only in the name of the registered guest.
- Guests below 18 years cannot check in alone; minors must be accompanied by family.
- Unmarried couples where either person is under 18 will not be permitted to check-in.
- Guest stays are voluntary; hotel does not coerce guests to stay.

Check-in: From 12:00 PM onward. Check-out: Up to 11:00 AM.
Early check-in or late check-out will incur an additional charge of 30% of daily booking rate as per hotel rules. Early check-in permitted from 8:00 AM. Late check-out allowed until 2:00 PM.
At check-in guest will be shown the room and contents for inspection. If staff are unavailable due to crowding, request inspection at reception.
3. Power Backup
Full power backup is available. In case of a power cut, inverter backup of approximately 6–7 hours will be provided.
If a power cut is due to external electricity department faults, guests will be informed promptly. No change in room rates and no refunds will be provided in such cases.
4. Payment & Security Deposit
- Full payment and security deposit must be made at check-in.
- For high-value bookings or long stays, a refundable security deposit of ₹5,000 will be collected.
- Any damage, theft, or extra service charges will be adjusted against the deposit.
5. Responsibility for Room
Guests must keep room and hotel property (furniture, electrical items, linens) safe. In case of theft or damage, the hotel may recover costs from the security deposit or actual loss amount. All common areas are under CCTV surveillance.
6. Prohibited Conduct
Fighting, shouting, drug use, or alcohol abuse is strictly prohibited. If a guest disturbs peace, the room will be vacated immediately and a police report filed.
7. Legal Compliance
Mandatory recordkeeping includes guest registration form and staff reports (with date and time). In case of crime or damage, hotel will immediately inform the police.
8. Check-out & Inspection
Guests must call reception 15 minutes before check-out for room inspection. Room and bathroom items will be checked and inventory verified in guest's presence. In disputes, CCTV footage and signed records are primary evidence.
9. Guest Declaration
A written declaration will be taken from guests confirming acceptance of all rules. Violations may result in deductions from deposit, eviction, or police action.
